Vandewark Construction offers complete project management and general contracting services. We hire subcontractors, coordinate with  the architect and the designer. Our ability to effectively manage all aspects of the project helps reduce time to completion and costs.

Preconstruction and Construction

Preconstruction services include:  site selection assistance, construction cost budgeting and estimating, subcontractor prequalification, and bidding of subcontractor trades. Construction services include:  project administration, cost control/changes in scope, subcontractor management, scheduling, and safety.

Design and Build

We offer complete design services. We specialize in extensive custom building and remodeling. Our working understanding of building materials and structures allows us to fully merge structure, aesthetics, and function into a perfect finish. This integrated design/build approach is an excellent option for a truly custom project.

As an extension to our design services we can offer in-house design of architectural elements like moulding, mantles, fountains, glass work, and more. We can coordinate the production and installation of materials in glass, stone, and metal for any project.
